This means that, based on the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license, the author still holds the copyright to their article, but the author gives permission to others to use the content of the publication in Permata Journal in whole or in part, provided that the original work is properly cited.

Users (redistributors) of Permata Journal are required to include the original source, including the name of the author, Permata Journal as the initial source of publication, year of publication, volume number, issue, and Digital Object Identifier (DOI).

The author grants the rights to Permata Journal for first publication. Although the author remains the copyright owner.

The author guarantees that the article is original, written by the stated author, has never been published before, does not contain statements that violate the law, does not violate the rights of others, is subject to copyright exclusively owned by the author, and is free from any third-party rights. User / Public Rights

The spirit of exact science is to disseminate published articles as widely as possible. Under a Creative Commons license, Permata Journal allows users to copy, distribute, display, and perform work for a variety of purposes, including commercial use. Users must attribute authors and sources when distributing works in journals and other publication media. Unless otherwise stated, authors are considered public entities as soon as their articles are published.

Author's Rights

Authors retain all their rights to published works, including but not limited to the following:

Co-authoring

If an article was prepared jointly by more than one author, each author submitting the manuscript warrants that they have been authorized by all co-authors to agree to copyright and license notices (agreements) on their behalf and agrees to notify the co-authors of the terms of this policy. Permata Journal will not be responsible for any issues that may arise due to internal disputes among the authors. Permata Journal will only communicate with the corresponding author.

Royalty

As an open-access journal distributing articles for free under the Creative Commons license terms mentioned, the author acknowledges that Permata Journal grants rights to its authors without royalties or other fees.

Self-Archiving

Permata Journal allows and encourages authors to self-archive their articles in institutional or other specialized repositories, personal websites, and social networking sites such as ResearchGate and Academia.edu. Authors are advised to use the final PDF version published on the journal website for self-archiving purposes. However, this is not mandatory, and authors are free to use the version they prefer—pre-print, post-print, or publisher PDF versions.

There is no embargo on self-archiving of articles. Authors are allowed to store articles in repositories, personal sites, and social networking sites immediately after they are published on the journal website. Accepted manuscripts can also be archived by the author independently.
