The implementation of the Pancasila student profile project program is expected to run well so that the implementers of early childhood learning can develop their character from an early age. Therefore, the Pancasila student profile strengthening project (P5) is an effort to encourage the achievement of the Pancasila student profile by using a new paradigm through project-based learning. By implementing P5, educators are expected to be able to accompany the learning process of early childhood students to be able to grow capacity and build character from a noble early age as described in the Pancasila student profile. The Pancasila student profile strengthening project, as one of the means of achieving the Pancasila student profile, is expected to provide opportunities for students to "experience knowledge" as a process of strengthening character, as well as opportunities to learn from their surroundings and utilize what is in their surroundings. The dimensions of the Pancasila student profile show that the Pancasila student profile does not only focus on cognitive abilities, but also attitudes and behaviors according to identity can develop their character. This study aims to determine how to develop the character and competition of early childhood (P5) in the Merdeka Belajar curriculum in early childhood and its impact is very good for forming character towards students with the theme "Bhineka Tunggal Ika". The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a study approach through interviews with the vice principal for curriculum at Tamansari Kindergarten. Above, observations, and results of literature studies. Based on the results of the study, the process of implementing P5 in early childhood has gone well, active participation from students is also clearly seen in the theme that has been applied, namely "Bhineka Tunggal Ika".
