The formation of positive behavior at the elementary school level is an important foundation in the development of students' character in the future. This study aims to design an integrated character education model that can support the formation of positive behavior in students, including moral, social, emotional, and spiritual aspects. This study uses a qualitative approach through interviews, documentation, and observation. The research findings indicate that: (1) comprehensive efforts involving all elements of the school - including teachers, staff, and parents - are very important to support the formation of positive behavior and the development of students' personalities effectively; (2) the role of schools in creating a supportive environment through appropriate learning strategies, the habituation of positive values, and role models from teachers is very influential; and (3) close involvement between schools and parents has a more significant positive impact in encouraging the development of student behavior. The implications of this study highlight the importance of collaboration between schools, families, and communities in supporting the development of positive behavior in elementary school students in an integrated and sustainable manner.
